Every bundle costs less than buying its templates one at a time. The a la carte value is the sum of the single prices. The four category packs together cost $146, so the Complete Toolkit is the best deal.

A quick tour of all 23 templates, narrated by Cassandra Taylor, PMP: what each stage of a project needs, and how one example project carries through every template.
You don't need a new template for every stage of a project. You need the right one, at the right moment.
I'm Cassandra Taylor, and this is the Complete Toolkit. Twenty-three templates that carry one project from approval to closeout: seventeen Excel workbooks, five Word documents, and one PowerPoint deck.
First, get the project approved. The Project Charter and Business Case. Then the Stakeholder Register and Map, the RACI Chart, the WBS and its dictionary, the Milestone Schedule, and the Dependency Map.
Once work begins, keep control. The Risk Register, both RAID logs, and the Issue Log catch what could go wrong. The Budget Tracker and Forecast Worksheet follow the money. The Vendor Scorecard keeps suppliers honest.
When things change, and they will, the Change Request Form and Change Log keep every decision on the record. The Acceptance Criteria Checklist tells you when you're ready to go live.
Then report up. The Status Report, the Steering Committee Deck, and the Meeting Agenda Pack keep everyone aligned, and the Closeout Report finishes the job with lessons learned and sign-off.
Every template comes with the same Northwind project already filled in. So the numbers carry through: $480,000 in the Business Case, the same baseline in the Budget Tracker, and an $18,000 overrun caught in the Forecast.
You're the conductor of the orchestra. I stay ready, so I don't have to get ready, right? Add the Complete Toolkit to your cart and run your next project with all twenty-three.

A quick tour of the five templates that get a project approved and started, narrated by Cassandra Taylor, PMP: the charter, the business case, the stakeholder register, the RACI chart and the WBS.
Most projects don't stall at the finish. They stall in the first two weeks, when nobody agrees on what was approved, who is involved, or who owns what.
I'm Cassandra Taylor, and this is the Project Kickoff Kit. Five templates that take a project from idea to a team that knows what to do on day one.
Start with the Project Charter. Twelve sections that say why the project exists, what it will deliver, what it can spend, and who has signed their name to it.
Then the Business Case, which puts a number on it. Here, $480,000 returns a net present value of nearly $787,000, with payback in under two years.
The Stakeholder Register shows who matters. Fifteen people and groups, each scored for power and interest, with the gap between where they are and where you need them. Here, the biggest gap is the nursing unit managers, who are still unaware.
The RACI Chart says who does what. Twenty-five activities, and it checks that each one has exactly one person Accountable, and that nobody is carrying too much. Here, it flags the project manager as over the limit.
The WBS breaks the work down. Set a level and the code writes itself, and hours and cost roll up to every parent. Eight branches, forty-one work packages, and every one has an owner.

A quick tour of the four templates for spotting, owning and escalating what could go wrong, narrated by Cassandra Taylor, PMP: the Risk Register, the RAID Log, the RAID plus Actions and Decisions Log, and the Issue Log.
A risk is something that might happen. An issue is something that already did. The projects that stay on track log both, give each one an owner, and know who to call when one gets stuck.
I'm Cassandra Taylor, and this is the Risk and Issue Command Center. Four templates that help you spot what could go wrong, own it, and escalate it before it costs you.
Start with the Risk Register and Mitigation Tracker. Score every risk by probability and impact, set a review date, and track each mitigation step by owner and due date. Here, eleven risks are open, and four are rated High.
Need more than risks? The RAID Log adds assumptions, issues and dependencies, with a heat map and a dashboard that reads all four logs.
The RAID plus Actions and Decisions Log goes further. Every finding gets an owner and a date, and every decision puts the why on the record.
Then the Issue Log, for what has already happened. It counts the days each issue has been open, flags what is overdue, and uses an escalation matrix to pull in the right person. Here, a late vendor sandbox is linked back to the risk that predicted it.
