A project runs on four meetings. Most of the time lost on projects is lost in meetings that had no purpose, no clock and no decision to make. A good agenda fixes that before anyone walks into the room.
This pack gives you a ready-to-use agenda for each recurring meeting, plus a companion page to capture minutes and action items the same day. Copy the template, fill the brackets and send it with the pre-reads.
- Four agendas. Kickoff (60 to 90 minutes, once), weekly status (30 minutes), biweekly vendor review (45 minutes) and monthly steering committee (60 minutes).
- Each agenda. Purpose, attendees, a time-boxed agenda, decisions needed and pre-reads.
- Companion pages. Discussion and decisions made, action items with one owner and a due date, parking lot and next meeting.
- Meeting rhythm. A calendar page to set your project cadence at kickoff.
Also included in Complete Toolkit ($99), Communication and Closeout Pack ($29), Executive Reporting Kit ($27).
Gray bracketed guidance shows what to write in each section. The Northwind example pages can be deleted. Licensed for use by the individual purchaser on their own projects.

Most of the time lost on projects is lost in meetings that had no purpose, no clock, and no decision to make. A good agenda fixes that before anyone walks into the room.
I'm Cassandra Taylor, and this is the Meeting Agenda Pack. Four ready to use agendas in Word, plus a finished Northwind example, ready to send with your pre reads.
A project runs on four meetings. The kickoff, the weekly status meeting, the biweekly vendor review, and the monthly steering committee. Each one has a purpose, attendees, a time boxed agenda, decisions needed, pre reads, and a page for minutes and action items.
Time box every topic. Each one has a lead, and the lead is a name, not a team. The minutes must add up to the meeting length. In the Northwind kickoff, ten topics add up to exactly ninety minutes.
Put the decisions needed at the top, each one framed as a question with a recommendation. Then send the pre reads ahead. One business day for most meetings, and two for steering. Here, the committee is asked to approve the change request, and then approve its funding.
Capture the minutes and action items on the companion page, and send them within twenty four hours. Every action has one owner and one due date. Jordan Ellis updates the budget baseline by February 19. Nobody has to wonder who is doing what.
Fill in the meeting rhythm once, then share it with everyone. Weekly status on Thursdays, vendor review every two weeks, and steering on the third Tuesday. That cadence is why a change request raised on February 2 reached steering by the 16th.
Four ground rules. Start and end on time. Park anything off agenda in the parking lot. Send the minutes the same day. And remember, no decision, no meeting. If nothing needs deciding, send an update instead.
Give every meeting a purpose, a clock, and a decision. Add the Meeting Agenda Pack to your cart, and make every meeting earn its place on the calendar.
