Do the templates work in Excel or Google Sheets?
The spreadsheet templates are Excel workbooks (.xlsx) with no macros. Their product pages list them as opening in Google Sheets, so you can use either.
Do the templates work on a Mac?
Yes. The spreadsheets open in Excel for Mac or Google Sheets, and the documents and deck open in Word and PowerPoint for Mac.
Will I get an instant download?
The templates are digital downloads. Once checkout opens, you get your download links right after payment.
What is your refund policy?
The templates are digital downloads, so all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
Can my team or company use the templates?

What format are the Word files?
The documents are Word files (.docx): Project Charter, Change Request Form, Status Report, Meeting Agenda Pack and Closeout Report. The Steering Committee Deck is a PowerPoint file (.pptx).
